There are so many ways to use the battle ropes, whether you are at the gym, the park, your house, your garage, or on the moon…okay maybe the moon won’t work.

You can use them to lose fat, build muscle, become powerful, gain size, get strong, outlast your opponents, or just be healthy.

It will be important to learn the methods of how to measure rope waves (much like understanding the weights of dumbells or barbells…or counting reps of push-ups), if you want to succeed early and fast with the ropes.
